AIIMS Gorakhpur to conduct a walk-in-interview for the 12 posts of Junior Resident on May 1, 2023. The selection will be on the basis of the interview. All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Gorakhpur invited applications from Indian Citizens as per the Govt. of India's Residency Scheme, for a total of 12 posts of Junior Resident (Medical) for a period of 89 Days. 

Out of these 12 posts, 6 posts are in the UR category, 2 in OBC, 3 in SC, and 1 in the ST category. The essential qualification needed is MBBS from MCI recognized institute. Candidate must have completed a compulsory rotatory internship and must produce an internship completion certificate.

The application fee for UR, EWS and OBC categories is INR 1000 and for women, SC/ST and PwBD categories, there is no application fee. The fee shall be paid in the form of a Demand Draft or Cash, in favour of "AIIMS, Gorakhpur" payable at Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh). Candidate may deposit the requisite fee in cash at the time of the interview.

The Candidate should bring the following original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies at the time of the Interview with the application form - Identity proof (PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card etc.), Address Proof (Ration Card, Passport, Driving License, Aadhar Card etc.), Certificate showing Date of Birth (10th Certificate/Birth Certificate), No Age relaxation would beavailabletoSC/ST/OBC candidates applying for unreserved vacancies, Photocopies of PAN Card and Bank Passbook (At the time of Joining for only selected candidates), Class 10th & 12th Mark sheet or Certificates, MBBS Mark sheets& Degree, FMGE Certificate conducted by NBE (For Foreign Graduate - MBBS), Attempt Certificate and Internship Completion Certificate, Registration with Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council, Reservation category Certificate (OBC*/SC/ST/PwBD). In the case of an OBC candidate, the OBC certificate must be issued within one year (Older certificates will not be entertained), Publications (If any), and any other relevant documents.
