All India Institute of Medical Sciences Guwahati has announced the PhD admission dates for the January 2025 session at the official website. Interested and eligible candidates willing to apply for PhD courses at AIIMS Guwahati can fill the application form from the official website. The AIIMS Guwahati PhD application form 2025 is available in online mode at aiimsguwahati.ac.in. As per the schedule, the PhD registration at AIIMS Guwahati is ongoing till January 11, 2025. The publication of the status will be conducted on January 21, 2025.
The authorities are offering admission in two types of seats for the PhD programme i.e. Category A seats have Fellowship available in Funded projects while the category C seats are for those with their own fellowship.

AIIMS Guwahati PhD Admission 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Students who are willing to get admission in PhD programme at AIIMS Guwahati shall have at least one of the following qualifications:
1. Medical Qualification: MBBS/BDS with minimum 55% aggregate marks or MD/MS/MDS/DM/MCh in the subject concerned or equivalent.
2. AYUSH qualification: Candidates holding a Master’s degree in any branch of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Homeopathy).
3. Non-Medical qualification: Master’s Degree awarded by UGC-approved Indian Universities or equivalent in subjects pertaining to life sciences.
