The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Raebareli intends to fill up 39 (Thirty-Nine) posts of Senior Residents (SRs) in different specialities under the Government of India Residency Scheme in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh. The online application can be sent by tomorrow, April 7, 2023.

Online applications are invited for the post of Senior Residents under the Govt. of India Residency Scheme for various departments initially for one year and subsequent extension of 2 years shall be granted depending on the performance and conduct.

Educational Qualifications Needed for SRs Post at AIIMS Raebareli

A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in Section 13 (3) of the Act), must be registered with the Central/State Medical Council, a postgraduate degree i.e. MD/MS/DNB in the speciality concerned or its equivalent, for the Department of Pathology, the essential qualification shall be MD pathology/MD Lab Medicine, for Cardiology essential qualification shall be DM Cardiology / MD General Medicine, for Neurology, essential qualification shall be DM Neurology / MD General Medicine, for Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery (CTVS), essential qualification shall be MCh CTVS / MS General Surgery, for Neurosurgery, essential qualification shall be MCh Neurosurgery / MS General Surgery, and for Urology, essential qualification shall be MCh Urology / MS General Surgery.
