AYUSH NEET 2020 eligibility marks as per revised qualifying criteria released
Candidates can check the official notification for marks range and the number of candidates qualified in each category (General/ EWS/SC/ST/ OBC and PwD of General/EWS SC/ST/ OBC) as per the qualifying criteria (Earlier and Revised).
AYUSH NEET 2020: AYUSH ministry in its latest notification released the details of marks required for eligibility in NEET 2020 according to the revised qualifying criteria for Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani & Homoeopathy courses for this academic session 2020-21. The notice consist of the marks required for qualifying NEET 2020 according to the revised percentile criteria has been received from National Testing Agency (NTA). Candidates can check the official notification for marks range and the number of candidates qualified in each category (General/ EWS/SC/ST/ OBC and PwD of General/EWS SC/ST/ OBC) as per the qualifying criteria (Earlier and Revised).
This aforesaid information released by the under Secretary GOI has been given to all the state authorities for necessary action and a copy has been then forwarded to Registrar of all Universities having affiliated AYUSH Colleges, for information and necessary action at their level, Secretary (CCIM/CCH), All National Institutes under the Ministry of AYUSH. This clarification is applicable only for the academic year 2020-21.
AYUSH NEET 2020 cut off percentile for admission to BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, and BHMS courses has been reduced for this academic year. According to the official notice recently released by the ministry informing about the effect, the reduced NEET cut off for admission to AYUSH courses can be used for central and state-wise admissions. The decision to reduce the percentile was taken in view of the several requests received from the UG AYUSH candidates. NEET 2020 cut off for general category candidates has been reduced to the 40th percentile. While for SC/ST/OBC and PH students, it is now 30th and 35th percentile, respectively.
