CENTAC invites applications for BNYS Course 2021-22

The Government of Puducherry Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC) has invited applications of the candidates for the undergraduate degree course Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yoga Science (BNYS).

The candidates who want to pursue a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yoga Science (BNYS) from Puducherry must note that the Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC) of the Government of Puducherry has invited applications for this course through an official notification.

The admission is open for the BNYS course for the academic year 2021-22 and the last date to fill the application is November 25 up to 5:30 PM. 

The eligibility requirement is that the candidates must have passed in all subjects of the Higher Secondary Examination (Academic) conducted by the Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent Board in a single attempt. They must have passed either Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology (or) Physics, Chemistry, Biology with any other subject securing the minimum eligible marks.

The interested candidates can download the application form and prospectus from the official website www.tnhealth.org. The aspirants need to submit the self-attested copy of the application in advance within the stipulated last date to the Secretary, Selection Committee, Directorate of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy, Arignar Anna Government Hospital of Indian Medicine Campus, Arumbakkam, Chennai
– 600 106. Another Self-attested copy of the application should be submitted to The Coordinator, CENTAC, PEC CAMPUS, PILLAICHAVADI, Puducherry – 605 014 before 25.11.2021, 6 pm.

BNYS course comes under an alternative form of medicine that uses naturopathy and yoga for healing the body and preventing diseases. The course duration is 4.5 years with a one-year internship.
