NBE has mentioned in the information brochure that the last date to rectify and upload the deficent documents is January 8, 2023. After this date if candidate fails to submit the documents with requisite changes, his/her application form might get rejected. 

Yes, the FMGE December 2023 application edit window is available till December 18, 2023. Candidates are allowed to make multiple changed to the editable fields in this time period. However, no other changes will be allowed once the application form is submitted.

FMGE December 2023 will be conducted in 45 test centres as against 47 in the last session. Candidates were allowed to choose the test centre as per their preference. However, NBE has allotted the test centres of first come first serve basis depending upon the availability of the seats in a particular test city.

FMGE December 2023 exam duration will be 5 hours. The exam will be conducted in a single day in two shifts of 2.5 hours each.  

FMGE exam is conducted twice in a year in the month of July and December. The last attempt of FMGE July session exam was held on July 30, 2023. The December session exam will be held on January 20, 2024.  

There is an exemption clause for medical graduates who have completed their medical degree from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. Such candidates are not required to appear for the FMGE 2023 exam.

As per the guidelines of NBE, FMGE is a qualifying exam. Once a candidate qualifies for the FMGE, he or she shall not be eligible to take the FMGE exam again.

As per the guidelines issued by NBE, a candidate should take signatures on white paper using a black/ blue pen only. They should not be taken in capital letters and must not contain any overwriting. 

After completing the fee payment and submitting the FMGE application form, the candidate should confirm the status of the payment in the application form PDF where ’S’ would stand for “Successful” and “F” would stand for “Failed”.

NBEMS had earlier stared clearly that candidates cannot change the FMGE test centre at a later stage once its chosen in the FMGE application form. However, if the candidate wishes to change the FMGE test centre, they may contact the exam conducting authorities via email or contact number. 

Yes, NBE has mentioned in the information brochure that it will conduct an FMGE mock test to help familiriarize candidates will the exam pattern before the D-day. The mock test which is also known as a Demo test will be made available from January 10, 2024. Candidates will have to use their official login ID to access it online.  

No, FMGE December 2023 exam will only be held in ONLINE mode/computer-based format. Candidates cannot appear for the exam offline. The exam centre will be intimated to the concerned candidates through the FMGE admit card. It is mandatory to make yourself computer-friendly in order to appear for the exam on January 20, 2023.

Til now, there is no intimation about again starting the application window for the FMGE December 2023 session. In case NBE starts the application process again, it shall be updated here. 

No, the FMGE exam is conducted only in English medium. No candidate will be allowed to appear for the exam in any other medium or language.

In the initial stages, the FMGE application correction window will be available for candidates till December 18, 2023. 

No, there is no additional application fee to make changes to the FMGE December 2023 Application Correction facility. It is free of cost.

As per the instructions mentioned in the FMGE information bulletin, All editable fields in the application form are open for the candidate to make any corrections. Candidates can alter/modify/change the information which is true and correct. 

As per the guidelines mentioned by NBE, any editable information can be changed/altered/modified any number of times before the closure of the window. The last submitted information will be saved in the records.

NBE has specified that "Applications of candidates producing false or fabricated information shall not be considered and candidates may be further debarred from appearing in any future examinations conducted by NBEMS or other Institutions."

FMGE exam will be held in computer-based format on January 20, 2024. Candidates will have to appear for the exam on the pre-designated test centres. 

NBEMS will publish a list of candidates on its website who would fail to rectify the deficiencies in their documents. Thereafter, FINAL opportunity will be given from  January 5, 2024 to January 8, 2023 to submit documents which are deficient in FMGE application.

The FMGE Final opportunity window will be open from January 5, 2023, to January 8, 2023. Candidates will have to make final changes to the uploaded documents. After this timeline, no candidate will be allowed to make any further changes. In case the candidate fails to make the necessary modifications or changes suggested by NBE, then he/she may not be issued the FMGE admit card. 

NBE will open a Final opportunity window to enable candidates to rectify deficiencies related to documents uploaded in the application. Please note that a list of candidates who would be required to change the uploaded documents will be published on the NBEMS website. 

The exam conducting body has started the FMGE application correction facility. It is live for the candidates to access the correction facility. Candidates can make necessary changes to it.

NBEMS has mentioned that Documents submitted through any mode other than the “Online Deficient Document Submission Portal” will not be entertained.

Candidates who will fail to submit duly completed applications for FMGE December 2023 with requisite documents and/or fail to rectify the deficiencies in their applications by January 8, 2023 will be declared ineligible. 

NBEMS will publish a list of candidates on its website who would fail to rectify the deficiencies in their documents even by 1st January 2024 and shall open an online window from 5th January 2024 to 8th January 2024 giving a FINAL opportunity to submit documents that are deficient in the application. This will be the final call to rectify the images to be uploaded. 

The corrections in images uploaded (i.e. Photographs, Signatures and Thumb impression), if required, will be communicated through emails at the registered email ID of concerned candidates only. Candidates need not worry about the cancellation of the application. The final edit window will be accessible from December 29, 2023. 

Candidates are informed that as per the guidelines of NBEMS, the exam conducting body does not edit /modify/alter any information entered by the candidates at the time of online submission of the application form under any circumstances. All the information provided by the candidates will deemed to be correct and true. 

An acknowledgment email will be sent to the registered email ID of the candidate confirming the submission of the FMGE application form. Candidates are advised to keep the acknowledgment safe until the FMGE admit card is not issued. 

FMGE admit card 2023 for the December session is expected to be released on January 12, 2024. The FMGE admit card will be made available online at the official website, natboard.edu.in. 

NBE does not publish or distribute any question paper to the candidates who appear for the exam. However, candidates can get memory-based question papers from the websites of leading education portals. These question papers are drafted by the experts who appear for the FMGE exam.  

Candidates are advised to attempt as many mock tests as possible. FMGE mock tests will be helpful to impart an overall idea about the nature of questions and the overall difficulty level of the exam. 

The Medical Council of India prepares the syllabus for the FMGE exam every year. Presently, no new changes have been introduced in the FMGE syllabus by the MCI.

The FMGE  ‘Eligibility Certificate’ is issued by the National Medical Commission (or the erstwhile Medical Council of India). This document/certificate verifies if an individual is eligible to work/practice as a doctor in India. 

The last date to pay the FMGE 2023 Application Fee is December 18, 2023. Candidates will not be allowed to register for the exam. However, the ones who have registered can pay the application fee till this date. 

The FMGE December 2023 application window closed on December 13, 2023. Candidates cannot apply for the exam now. NBE did not extend the registration deadline any further.  

The FMGE December 2023 demo test will help the candidates familiarise themselves with the Computer Based Test format before the exam day i.e. January 20, 2023. 

Candidates who successfully register for the FMGE 2023 exam will get a chance to appear for the official Demo Test which will be floated by NBE in  Computer Based Test format at the official website https://natboard.edu.in. The FMGE 2023 Demo test will be held on January 10, 2024 onwards. 

The FMGE December 2023 exam will be held on a single day in two shifts. In the first shift, the exam will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. The second shift of the FMGE exam will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM. Both shifts will allow the candidates to solve 150 questions each. 

FMGE exam allows the candidate to receive provisional or permanent registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI). It is a mandatory registration for medical practitioners in India.

In case the applicant has made another payment for completing the application submission process (duplicate/multiple examination fees) NBEMS will refund the excess fees received after the closure of the FMGE December 2023 application window.

Migrants and their children who have acquired medical degrees or higher education from Pakistan and have been granted Indian citizenship by India would not require additional security clearance from MHA for appearing in FMGE 

As per the information provided on the official information brochure, there is NO limit on the number of attempts a candidate can take to appear for the FMGE exam. However, once a candidate qualifies the FMGE medical exam, he or she will not be eligible to take the FMGE again.

FMGE exam will comprise 300 multiple-choice questions. Each question shall have 4 response options in English language only. Candidates are required to select the correct answer out of the 4 response options. 

The result of NEET shall be valid for three (3) years from the date of declaration of result, entitling a candidate to pursue MBBS or equivalent medical course.

NBEMS will not charge any fee for letting the candidates make necessary changes to the FMGE December 2023 application form. It is free of cost and will be made available from December 15, 2023. 

No, NBE closed the FMGE registration window on December 13, 2023. Candidates were allowed to apply for the exam last till this date. Further, NBE will open the application correction window for the candidates to enable them to make changes to the FMGE application form (if any).  

For a candidate to qualify for the FMGE exam, he/she should score 150 marks out of 300. The minimum qualifying mark is 50% of the total. Overall there will be 300 questions in the exam. There is no negative marking to encourage candidates to attempt all the questions.
