A Delhi court has acquitted three people accused of taking bribes for leaking the INI CET exam paper, the entrance exam conducted by AIIMS for MD, MS, and MDS.

Three people accused of taking bribes for leaking the INI CET entrance exam paper have been acquitted by a Delhi court. The entrance exam was for admission to MD, MS, and MDS in all AIIMS, JIPMER (Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research) Puducherry, SCTIMST (Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology) Trivandrum, National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) Bengaluru, and PGIMER (Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research ) Chandigarh.

The accused were booked under sections 120-B (criminal conspiracy), 420 (cheating) and 474 (forgery) of IPC.

Chief Metropolitan magistrate Dinesh Kumar acquitted them in absence of the evidence that the accused were known to each other, as reported by TOI.

"None of the public witnesses has deposed regarding any conspiracy between the accused persons. The alleged disclosure statements made by the accused cannot be considered as evidence to prove the charge of conspiracy," said the order.

AIIMS INI CET 2022 admit card to be out today

AIIMS INI CET 2022 examination is all set to be conducted on May 8, 2022, and the AIIMS INI CET 2022 admit cards will be released today, on April 29, 2022. The candidates will be able to access and download their hall tickets on the official portal at aiimsexams.ac.in.

The examination will be conducted in computer-based mode and the duration will be of 3 hours. There will be 200 multiple-choice questions.
