The answer will be both yes and no. Getting into AIIMS Delhi without NEET is possible since AIIMS Delhi offers a lot of courses apart from MBBS, such as BSc, MSc, PB BSc Nursing, MD, MS, DM and MCh, among various others. Admission to all these courses is either subject to an institute-specific entrance exam or INICET.

However, if the ultimate objective is to crack AIIMS New Delhi for MBBS, a student has to go through the NEET UG entrance exam followed by the counselling process. If the ranking and score obtained in the exam match with the minimum requirement of the institution, the student will get admission here for MBBS, otherwise not. 

As per the details collated from various sources on the internet, the range of marks required in NEET to get admission into AIIMS Delhi for the General Category is between 675, and if you are in the reserved category, you should aim for at least 650. Candidates need to score the minimum cut off marks to qualify for INI CET exam. The qualifying marks is different for different category. To qualify for the INI CET exam, a candidate of general category needs to score 50th percentile or above. Candidates who belong to SC/ST category has to score 45th percentile marks to get it through. Based on cut off marks, a merit list is prepared. The merit list comprises eligible candidates to participate in different counselling rounds for seat allotment.
