JK NEET PG Counselling 2024 Seat Resignation Deadline Re-extended till Jan 24

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has re-extended the JK NEET PG 2024 seat resignation last date. Students who have been allotted a seat during the round 1 or round 2 counselling process and wish to surrender their allotted seat have to vacate their seat on or before January 24, 2025.

"It is hereby notified for the information of all the concerned candidates that the last date for submission of resignation in case of the candidates, who have been granted admission (through allotment/degradation during the First or Second Round of counselling) as per the Notification No. 194-BOPEE of 2024 dated 18-12-2024 has been extended upto 24-01-2025(2.00 PM)" The official notification reads.

The seat resignation window will remain open till 2 PM. Interested and eligible candidates may vacate their allotted seats and explore other alternatives for admission. Students are suggested to not wait for the last date to vacate their seat and do the needful at the earliest possible to ensure their qualification for the further counselling process. 

Meanwhile, the authorities have released a notification concerning the admission of Dr Gaznufar Yousaf Khan in the PG medical course MD-Phychiatry at Sher-I-Kashmir Institute of Medical Science, Srinagar for the academic year 2024-25 on the creation of one supernumerary seat by National Medical Commission in compliance of order of Jammu and Kashmir High Court.
