JKBOPEE MSc Nursing 2023 physical counselling on Aug 31

The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations shall conduct the physical round of counselling for the MSc Nursing 2023 of only those candidates who have secured up to 35 marks out of 120 marks in the Common Entrance Test i.e. up to Rank 217 of Provisional Merit List. 

The candidates must report physically at BOPEE Office Jammu/Srinagar on August 31 between 8:30 am to 10 am with the following documents - Domicile Certificate, B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing/ B.Sc. Hons. Nursing Marks Card, One Year work experience after B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, Certificate as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwifery or equivalent with any state Nursing Council, Valid Category Certificate, if applicable.

All the participating candidates shall have to deposit the Counseling fee of INR 1000/-(Rupees one thousand only) through the POS Machines available at the BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar through Debit/Credit cards. Any candidate who fails to deposit the counselling fee shall not be allowed to participate in the counselling process.

Further, if the candidate is not able to participate personally in the counselling on the prescribed day & date of Counselling due to unavoidable circumstances, he/she can authorize his/her close family member who falls in his/her blood relation on the devised format of the Board to participate in the counselling on behalf of the concerned candidate. The said authorized person had to submit the authorization letter along with his/her Identity Card and Aadhar Card during the process of counselling otherwise he/she shall not be allowed to participate in the counselling on his/her own risk and responsibility, said the official notification.
