Karnataka NEET UG Mop-up round Counselling 2023 begins on September 14, 2023 as per the notification shared on cetonline.karnataka.gov.in by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). Candidates who wish to participate in the counseling for admission in different courses such as MBBS Medical and Dental courses of Government and Private Medical Colleges/Institutes of Karnataka State can last fill the KEA NEET UG Counselling registration form till September 20, 2023 (10:00 AM).

Karnataka NEET UG Mop-up Round Counselling Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria to participate in the KEA NEET UG Counselling process. Candidates belonging to these categories are only eligible to participate in the KEA NEET UG mop-up round counselling process:

KEA NEET UG Mop-up Round Security Deposit

It is mandatory for the candidates to deposit INR 1,00,000/- as a caution deposit to KEA to participate in the mop-up round.

  1. If the candidates get a seat during the allotment process, the security deposit will be adjusted in the admission fee.
  2. If the candidate gets the seat and fails to report to the college, the caution deposit money will be forfeited and the candidate will be liable to pay the complete first-year fee to KEA as per the rules.

Karnataka NEET UG Mop-up Round Instructions

Here are the important guidelines issued by KEA, the official counselling conducting body for candidates interested in participating in the Karnataka NEET UG Mop-up Round:

Seat allotment to medical courses will only be conducted as per the schedule issued by KEA.

Candidates who have been allotted seats either in Round-1 or Round-2 will not be eligible to participate in the mop-up round

Candidates who have reported to the college after seat allotment in Round-1 or Round-2 of All India Counselling for Deemed Universities/Central Universities are not eligible for the UGNEET mop-up round.
