Maharashtra NEET PG Counselling 2024

Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 round 3 seat allotment results have been deferred till further notice. Students who have participated in the Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 round 3 counselling process are still waiting for CET Cell to release the seat allotment results and conduct the admission process. However, a CET cell official explained that they are waiting for a revised list of in-service candidates with incentive marks from the Directorate of Health Services, as reported by TOI.

Maharashtra NEET PG Round 3 Results Delayed by Over a Week

Students and stakeholders in Maharashtra are confused because the results of the third round of Maharashtra NEET PG counselling have not been released by now and have created uncertainty in the admission process. The round 3 seat allotment result was scheduled to be announced on February 4, 2025. The delay of over a week has made students uncertain about the admission process and anxious about the commencement of classes.

Despite the ongoing uncertainty about the Maharashtra NEET PG 2024 Round 3 counselling process, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has notified that it will go ahead with the stray vacancy round for All India Quota (AIQ) seats and has announced the revised counselling dates.

The MCC notice dated 12.02.2025 has increased confusion by stating that candidates who don't join their allotted seat in the third round will not be eligible for the stray vacancy round. However, those marked as 'not reported' can still take part in the state counselling process.
