Mahatma Gandhi Insitute of Medical Sciences to hire Dean on temporary basis

Mahatma Gandhi Insitute of Medical Sciences is looking to hire Dean on a temporary basis. The candidates must possess the recognised postgraduate medical qualification from a recognized institution with a minimum of ten years of teaching experience as a Professor / Associate Professor in the relevant department of the Medical College / Institute, out of which at least five years should be as a Professor in a department.

Secretary, Kasturba Health Society, Sevagram Dist. Wardha (MS) invited applications for the post of Dean (1 Open) at Mahatma Gandhi Insitute of Medical Sciences (MGIMS) with the prescribed proforma with all certified photocopies of academic and experience certificates which should reach the office of the Secretary, Kasturba Health Society, Sevagram, Dist. Wardha (MS) latest by April 30, 2023. 

The appointment would be temporary for the period as approved by MUHS or till the next regular Selection Committee of MUHS meets whichever is earlier and as per MUHS direction 1/2017. 

"Qualification & Experience: Should possess the recognised postgraduate medical qualification from a recognized Institution with a minimum of ten years teaching experience as Professor / Associate Professor in the relevant department of Medical College / Institute, out of which at least five years should be as Professor in a department," reads MGIMS notification.

Kasturba Hospital receives donations of medical ambulances and dialysis machines

ICICI Foundation, the philanthropic arm of ICICI Group, donated three fully-equipped ambulances and two state-of-the-art dialysis machines to Kasturba Health Society’s Kasturba Hospital on April 7, 2023, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to support healthcare infrastructure in the community.
