NEET 2020 Exam Dates: HRD Minister Breaks Silence, Final Verdict to be Announced Soon
Breaking the silence on NEET 2020 exam date, HRD Minister uploads a video on Twitter. He acknowledges the concerns raised by the students and promises that the final verdict shall be announced on June 3.
The Union Minister for Human Resource and Development, Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ finally addresses the aspirants of NEET 2020. These students have been protesting against the current exam date of NEET 2020 owing to the rising number of COVID-19 cases in India.

In the video, shared by the HRD Minister, Dr Pokhriyal acknowledges the concerns of the students related to NEET 2020 being conducted amidst an ongoing pandemic. He informs the candidates that he has spoken to the authorities at the National Testing Agency (NTA) and they will come up with a solution by June 3. He also assured the students that their safety will be the priority while deciding the fate of the examination.

The tweet has come as a relief to the desperate NEET 2020 aspirants who have been waiting for any directions from the authorities for the past one month. These students have expressed their gratitude, and are happy that their plea was heard. The video of HRD Minister was flooded with tweets soon after it was uploaded.
