NEET 2021 Live Updates: Question Paper Analysis, Answer key Solutions: Available Soon
NTA is conducting the NEET-UG 2021 examination today in 202 cities, read here for the live updates.
Despite social media protests to postpone the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) NEET-UG 2021, National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to conduct the medical entrance exam today on September 12 in 202 cities including centres in Kuwait and Dubai.
NEET-UG 2021 scores will be used for admission to various undergraduate medical and paramedical courses including Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), AYUSH, Veterinary, BSc (Hons) Nursing programme and Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). The examination duration will be 3 hours and it will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm today.
The examination will be conducted while following all Covid-19 protocols that include practising social distancing, using N-95 masks, and using alcohol-based hand sanitisers. Self-health monitoring is required and students need to report in case of any illness. The candidates are expected to strictly follow respiratory etiquette.
Some of the examination day instructions include:
- Candidates need to carry at least two copies of the NEET 2021 admit card with coloured postcard size photograph pasted on the admit card and signed by their parents.
- The photograph and signature on the first page must match with the photograph and signature on the second page.
- On page number two, the signature must be done across the photograph on the left side.
- The self-declaration/undertaking must be filled and handed over to Invigilator.
- The candidates must carry one original photo identification proof issued by the government.

5:10 pm Students are exiting the exam centres.
5:00 pm The medical entrance test NEET-UG 2021 is completed now.
2:00 pm NEET 2021 started.
1:30 pm Entry to all NEET-UG 2021 exam centres is closed now.
11:30 am Students are entering the NEET-UG 2021 exam centres.
11:15 am Candidates have gathered around their respective examination centres.
The examination pattern is changed this year and nearly 16 lakh students have registered for NEET-UG 2021. NEET 2021 will be conducted in 13 languages including English, Hindi, Punjabi, Telugu, Bengali, Urdu, Tamil, Malayalam, Assamese, Gujarati, Odiya, Kannada, Marathi.
