NEET 2022 answer key 2022 has been released by NTA on August 31, aroud 7 pm. The NEET official answer key 2022 challenge submission window has also opened today and the last date to submit the challenges or objections will be announced soon. The fee for submitting objections against NEET 2022 answer keys and OMR sheets is INR 200 for each question. The fee is non-refundable. NTA was originally scheduled to release the NEET 2022 answer keys on August 30, but it was delayed till August 31, 7 pm.

Candidates’ NEET OMR sheets or response sheets have also been released by NTA along with the provisional answer keys of NEET 2022. NTA has also sent the NEET 2022 OMR sheet to candidates by email. NTA had announced the date of releasing the NEET 2022 answer key and NEET 2022 result on August 26. In a first, NTA announced the dates for NEET answer key and result dates in advance.

How to Download NEET 2022 Answer Keys

Candidates will have to follow the steps below to download the NEET provisional answer keys 2022:

  • Visit the official website of NEET 2022 – neet.nta.nic.in

  • Click on the link indicating NEET 2022 OMR sheets and NEET 2022 official answer keys

  • Log in with NEET 2022 application number and password or date of birth

  • Download OMR sheet and set-wise NEET 2022 answer key (provisional)

How to Challenge NEET 2022 Answer Keys or OMR Sheet

The NEET 2022 answer key and OMR sheets have to be reviewed and challenged by following the method given below:

  • Visit the NEET 2022 official website – neet.nta.nic.in

  • Click ‘Apply for Answer Key Challenge (s)’

  • Select the Test Booklet Code

  • Login with your Application Number and Date of Birth and enter SecurityPin as displayed and Submit

  • Check the Questions and Answer Options in Sequential Order

  • The number next to the Question under the column ‘Correct Option’ stands for the NEET 2022 Answer Key

  • To challenge this option, candidates may use any one or more of the Options given in the next four columns by clicking the check box

  • Supporting documents can be uploaded as a single PDF file by clicking on the ‘Choose File’ option

  • After clicking the desired option, for Physics/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology for NEET (UG) - 2022, ‘Save your Claim’ and move to the next screen

  • Click on ‘Save your Claim and Pay Fee Finally’

  • After successful payment, applicants will have to download/print the Answer Key challenge receipt

How to Utilise NEET Answer Key 2022

The purpose of the NEET answer key 2022 is to calculate your estimated marks in the exam conducted on July 17. The NEET 2022 score can be calculated by following the marking scheme of the exam. The marking scheme and the score calculation method is given in the table below.

Over 18 lakh candidates had appeared for the exam. The NEET 2022 question paper sets were Q, R, S and T. Candidates will receive the NEET 2022 answer key of their specific question paper set and code. NTA will release the final answer keys and NEET result 2022 on September 7.
