While NEET 2022 candidates are waiting for notification regarding the examination, the reports are coming in that the candidates would be able to check the registration confirmation on the DigiLocker app.

NEET 2022 registration is expected to start from April 1, 2022, at the official website neet.nta.nic.in and now the reports emerging that the registration confirmation will also be available on the DigiLocker app and the website, digilocker.gov.in.

National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the NEET 2022 notification anytime soon. The examination will be for admission to MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery), BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy), Veterinary, BSc Nursing and Life Science courses. NTA is yet to announce the NEET 2022 time and date.

DigiLocker tweet reads, "Good News for Candidates of National Testing Agency (#NTA), you will be able to access your #NEET UG 2022 Confirmation page in your #DigiLocker soon. Sign up on DigiLocker https://digilocker.gov.in/installapp"

NEET 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The minimum age of a NEET 2022 candidate as of December 31, 2022, should be 17 years and there is no upper age limit. On March 9, 2022, National Medical Commission (NMC) announced that the upper age limit for appearing in the exam has been removed. The applicants can be Indian Nationals, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), and Foreign Nationals.

NEET 2022 candidates must have cleared Class 12 exams or equivalent from a recognised institute or students who will appear for Class 12 or equivalent exams this year can also apply. Also, the ones who completed Class 12 or equivalent from open school can apply.
