NEET 2024 Application Last Date Extended till March 16; Registration Open at neet.ntaonline.in

NTA has extended the last date of application of NEET 2024 till March 16, 2024, 10.50 PM. The application fee has to be paid by 11.50 PM on the same date. NTA has extended the last date of the NEET 2024 application as a response to student and stakeholders’ demands.

NEET 2024 application form submission last date has been extended to March 16, 2024, 10.50 PM. The application fee has to be paid by 11.50 PM on the same date. The original date of NEET 2024 registration was March 9, 9 PM. Based on the student and stakeholders’ demands, NTA has extended the NEET 2024 registration and application date by a week.

Announcing the information on the official notification, NTA has stated, “Registration for the online Application Forms of NEET (UG) – 2024 has been ongoing since 09 February 2024. During this time we have received representations from stakeholders regarding the changes in NEET (UG) – 2024 and the extension of the registration window. In support of the student community, the registration for receiving online Application Forms for NEET (UG) - 2024 is extended.”

NTA has also stated that there will not be any further extension of the NEET 2024 application last date. “Candidates should note that this is a one-time opportunity, so they are advised to use it carefully as no further chance will be given for applying for NEET (UG) - 2024. Please make a note of this and fill the online Application Form accordingly,” stated NTA.

How to Fill NEET 2024 Application Form

Applicants will have to follow the steps given below to complete the NEET 2024 application form.

• Visit the official website of NEET 2024 – neet.ntaonline.in
• Click on the ‘New Candidate’ Register tab
• Read the instructions and click on the checkbox and ‘Click to Proceed’ tab
• Select the Identification Type
• Enter the mandatory details and verify
• Enter the OTP and Submit
• Once the Username and Password is generated, login to fill the NEET 2024 application form
• Fill up the mandatory fields
• Upload the requisite documents in the specified sizes and dimensions
• Pay the application fee using Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking and UPI

NEET 2024 Application Fee

The NEET 2024 application fee has remained the same as last year. The below table brings the category-wise fee for NEET 2024.

The NEET 2024 important dates for upcoming events will be announced by NTA in due course of time. Stating the same, NTA mentioned, “The dates for correction in particulars, Advance Intimation of Examination City, downloading of Admit Cards, and declaration of Result will be displayed on the NEET(UG) (Main) portal at the appropriate time.”

NEET 2024 will be conducted on May 5, 2024, from 2 PM to 5.20 PM, in 568 cities across India and abroad in 13 languages. Over 20 lakh candidates are expected to apply for the exam.
