Delhi Police's Special Staff busted NEET paper leak racket. Allegedly, Out of 4 culprits, 2 MBBS students from a government medical college were caught at Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan Mehta Vidyalaya during mismatched biometric data on NEET exam day.

NEET 2024 paper leak allegations are again in the headlines as Delhi Police's Special Staff of New Delhi District has busted a paper leak gang. Reportedly, four individuals including 2 MBBS students from a government medical college, were arrested at Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan Mehta Vidyalaya in New Delhi. The two MBBS students were caught with mismatched biometric data during the NEET 2024 exam on May 5. 

NEET Paper Leak: Multiple Raids Conducted 

Delhi Police Special Staff, along with technical surveillance handled the case and multiple series of raids across Delhi, Jaipur, Noida and Alwar were embarked, as reported by Times Now News. 

"On sustained interrogation, Sumit Mandoliya & Krishan Kesarwani revealed the names of their handlers, and the team successfully identified the key figures in the operation: Prabhat Kumar and Kishor Lal," Reads the Delhi Police official statement. 

The Delhi Police's Special Staff reported that the investigation was initiated after receiving a complaint on May 5 concerning proxy attendance on behalf of original candidates. The case was lodged and transferred to the Special Staff for further investigation. 

NEET 2024 Paper Leak: Supreme Court Rejected Plea to Grant a Stay on Result

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) was filed in the Supreme Court requesting a stay on NEET 2024 results due to alleged malpractice during the NEET exam and paper leak. However, the Supreme Court, on May 17, declined to grant a stay and assured to reconsider the matter after further investigation.
