NEET PG 2024: MCC Releases Revised Seat Matrix; 820 Additional PG Medical Seats Added

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the revised NEET PG 2024 seat matrix on the official website. NEET PG Counselling 2024: 820 Additional Seats Added
MCC has increased the number of seats for PG medical admission for the academic session 2024-25. As per the revised seat matrix, 820 seats have been increased for the session 2024-25 making a total of 25,791 available for admission. Students can check the above-mentioned PDFs to know the category-wise seats available for admission through NEET PG 2024 counselling.
The NEET PG 2024 revised seat matrix highlights a signification expansion in the Deemed University and DNB programme seat intake. A total of 494 sets in DNB courses have been increased for admission in academic session 2024-25. Meanwhile, the authorities are expected to release additional government college seats under the AIQ category, as reported by India Today.

The NEET PG 2024 choice-filling process is ongoing till November 17, 2024, for candidates who have completed the registration process. In the meantime, MCC has released the NEET PG 2024 revised counselling brochure including the counselling details for Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS).

Q: Will NEET PG scorecards be sent by post to the candidates?
No, the scorecard of NEET PG 2024 will not be sent by post to any candidate. Candidates will have to download the scorecard online. It must be noted only qualified candidates can download NEET PG scorecard from the official website, nbe.edu.in. Candidates will have login and enter details such as application number and password to download NEET PG scorecard. Candidates have to score the minimum cut off marks to qualify for NEET PG exam. Only NEET PG qualifying candidates will be participating in the counselling for seat allotment.
Q: Does NBE sends NEET PG admit card to individual candidate?
No. NBE doesn't send NEET PG admit card to individual candidate. The admit card is released on the official website, nbe.edu.in and candidates have to download it by providing details such as application number and password. Candidates are advised to check all details on the admit card after downloading it to ensure there is no error in any detail. Any descrepancy in details must be reported immediately and get it corrected by the exam conducting body. NEET PG admit card contains important details such as name, date of birth, exam date, timing, name and address of exam centre etc.
