NEET result 2022 date, time confirmation awaited on NTA portal
NEET 2022 candidates have been eagerly waiting for NTA to release the answer key and the NEET result 2022 date and time, read here to get the latest updates.
While the NEET 2022 answer key can be out anytime soon, the candidates have been waiting for the official confirmation from the National Testing Agency (NTA) on the result 2022 date and time.
The examination was conducted on July 17, 2022, and still, the candidates have been waiting for the answer key and result declaration by NTA.
NTA will release the answer key and NEET result 2022 on its official website - neet.nta.nic.in. The answer key is expected to be out tentatively by the end of this week and once the objections will be reviewed on the answer key, the final answer key and NEET result 2022 will be declared.
NTA will also release merit lists based on the NEET result 2022 and the overall merit list will be sent to the counselling bodies.
Steps to check NEET 2022 result
Once the NTA declares the NEET 2022 result, the candidates need to follow these steps to check their results and download the scorecards in an online mode:
- Go to the official website of neet.nta.nic.in
- Navigate to the 'View Result' tab.
- Enter the roll number, password or date of birth and security pin
- NEET 2022 scorecard will be displayed on the screen
- Download and print the scorecard for future references
About NEET 2022
The medical entrance examination was conducted in nearly 4,000 NEET 2022 exam centres located in 497 cities in India and 14 cities abroad. Candidates had to choose four test cities in order of preference while filling out the application form.
NEET is the only exam for admission to the undergraduate medical courses MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing, BAMS, Veterinary, and other medical/paramedical courses in India. The exam was conducted in 13 languages including English, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Assamese, Gujarati, Marathi, Odiya, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, and Punjabi and Telugu. This year over 18 lakh candidates appeared for the examination.
