MCC is all set to start the choice-filling process for NEET UG 2022 counselling round 1 today, October 14, 2022, at mcc.nic.in.

NEET UG 2022 Counselling: Round 1 choice filling commences at mcc.nic.in

Following the NEET UG 2022 counselling schedule, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will start the NEET UG 2022 counselling round 1 choice filling today October 14, 2022, at mcc.nic.in. The last date to submit choices for this round is October 18, 2022.

Registration for the first round is going on, it started on October 11, and October 17, 2022, is the last date to register for the round 1 counselling. Candidates who have already registered for the counselling process can begin with the choice filling from today onwards.

NEET UG 2022 Counselling Round 1 Choice Filling Process

To submit the choices for colleges and courses, the candidates need to follow these steps -

  • Go to the official website - mcc.nic.in
  • On the Homepage, click on the tab that reads, 'PG Medical Counselling'
  • Click on the link provided for 'Online Registration' to sign in.
  • Log in using your NEET PG roll number, password and other credentials.
  • Fill in your choices of subjects and institutions in the order of preferences
  • Lock the choices and submit the form.

Before submitting the choices, the candidates must check the rank of the medical colleges and also one can avoid selecting colleges with high fee or bond amount, also those which does not offer PG programmes. There will be four rounds of NEET UG 2022 counselling - round 1, round 2, mop up round and stray vacancy round. The choice filling will be applicable for the first three rounds only.
