NEET UG 2022: A fake notice has been circulating on social media claiming that NEET UG 2022 application process will be held from April 4 to 15.

A fake notice has been circulating on social media since April 1 that claims that NEET UG 2022 application process will start today, April 4 and will be closed on April 15. 

While lakhs of candidates are waiting for NEET-UG 2022 notification by National Testing Agency (NTA), these candidates must note that this notification is fake. Candidates must note that NTA has not issued any such notice.

NTA has not yet declared the official dates for NEET 2022 and its admission process and sources close to NTA had earlier confirmed that NEET 2022 is expected to be conducted on July 17, 2022, which is mentioned as the main exam date in this fake circular.

NEET UG 2022 Notification to be out soon

As per the NTA officials, the notification for NEET-UG 2022 can be expected soon. Once the notification is out, it will be available on NTA's official websites - nta.ac.in and neet.nta.nic.in. 

The DigiLocker app and the website -- digilocker.gov.in will also host the confirmation page of the NEET 2022 application form. In the NEET 2022 application form, UG medical aspirants will be required to fill in their personal, academic and other details as required.

NEET UG 2022 exam pattern

The examination will be of 3 hours duration. The examination paper will include subjects Physics and Chemistry of 180 marks each and Biology of 360 marks, the total marks are 720. Total questions will be 200, out of which 180 need to be attempted. Four marks will be given for each correct answer and one mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
