NEET UG 2022 mop-up round reporting commences today
The candidates selected in the NEET UG 2022 counselling mop-up round allotment result released yesterday can report to the allotted institutes from today, December 8, 2022, to December 12, 2022.
Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) announced the provisional result for NEET UG 2022 counselling mop-up round yesterday, December 7, 2022, and from today onwards, the selected candidates can report to the allotted medical colleges. The last date for reporting and admission formalities is December 12, 2022.
MCC's statement reads, "Candidates whose category or quota has been changed in the same institution and subject, are required to get online generated relieving letter and get admitted on the changed category or changed quota seat from the allotted institution. Such candidates must get fresh online generated admission letter for the changed category or quota seat otherwise the allotted seat will be cancelled due to non-admission."
In the mop round, 5,182 candidates have been allotted MBBS, BDS and BSc Nursing seats. NEET UG 2022 counselling is being held for All India Quota (AIQ), Deemed and Central Universities seats, AIIMS, and JIPMER in MBBS, BDS and BSc Nursing programmes.
To check the NEET UG 2022 counselling mop-up provisional result, the candidates need to visit the official site - mcc.nic.in.
"The candidates who are joined through state counselling and have also participated in UG Mop Up Round of All India Counselling being conducted by MCC of DGHS will be removed before seat processing of UG Mop Up Round," said MCC in a statement released on December 7, 2022.
The stray vacancy round of NEET UG 2022 counselling is expected to start on December 14 and the result/merit list is expected on December 16, 2022. For this last round of counselling, the reporting is scheduled between December 17, 2022, to December 20, 2022.
