NEET UG 2022 postponement: Aspirants to sit on hunger strike from July 5
National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to conduct the NEET UG 2022 examination on July 17, and aspirants are to sit on a hunger strike from July 5 in front of PM Modi's house.
While the government seems in no mood to postpone the NEET UG 2022, the aspirants are intensifying their demand to postpone NEET UG 2022. After demanding on social media platforms and protesting for exam deferment for days, now the aspirants have decided to sit on a hunger strike in front of PM Modi's house from July 5.
Recently, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan confirmed that the examination will be conducted as per the schedule, however, aspirants are not ready as they say that due to delay in NEET UG 2021 counselling they have little time to prepare for the examination. Moreover, the examination clashes with that of other entrance examinations.
Dharmendra Pradhan responded to NEET UG 2022 postponement demand by saying, “Students are always anxious. All our senior principals are here, educationists are here, they face this problem every month."
