NEET UG 2023 counselling Round 2 institute reporting process is scheduled to end today, August 28. The process had started on August 20. Candidates will have to report to the allotted institute physically along with the necessary documents within the stipulated schedule to avoid forfeiture of the allotted seat.

NEET UG Counselling 2023 Round 2 Institute Reporting Ends Today

NEET UG 2023 counselling Round 2 institute reporting process will end today, August 28. The institute reporting for candidates who were allotted seats in the second round had started on August 20. Candidates who are yet to report to institutes with the necessary documents for verification and completion of the admission process must do it by today.

In case a candidate decides to skip the institute reporting process for the NEET 2023 counselling, they seat allotment offer will be withdrawn. They may participate in the Round 3 counselling of NEET UG 2023 process.

Documents Required for NEET 2023 Counselling Round Institute Reporting

Candidates reporting to the allotted institute for confirmation of the seat must carry the following documents with them:

  • NEET admit card 2023

  • NEET result 2023 or rank letter

  • Class 10 mark sheet and certificate

  • Class 12 mark sheet and certificate

  • Valid, non-expired and government-issued photo ID proof

  • Six to eight passport-sized photographs (preferably the same as the one submitted with the NEET 2023 application form)

  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)

  • Disability Certificate (if applicable)

  • Provisional allotment letter

*Candidates must carry both original and photocopies of the above-mentioned documents.

Documents Required for NRI/OCI/PIO/Foreign National Candidates

The following documents are required for the candidates belonging to NRI, OCI, PIO and foreign national candidates:

  • Passport copy of sponsorer, embassy certificate

  • Sponsorship affidavit (stating that sponsorer is ready to bear the expenses for the whole duration of the study)

  • Relationship Affidavit (Relation of Candidate with the sponsorer)

The NEET UG 2023 Round 2 seat allotment result was declared on August 18. As many as 1,051 candidates’ seats have been upgraded and 9,950 candidates have been allotted fresh seats.

After the declaration of the result, MCC had stated the rules for seat upgradation from Round 2 to Round 3. Candidates may resign the Round 2 seats by August 31, 5 PM.

The NEET 2023 counselling Round 3 registration process will be conducted from August 31 to September 4. The choice filling and locking rounds will be conducted between September 1 and September 5.
