NEET 2021 Counselling Mop-up Round Institute Reporting to End on March 31

The institute reporting process for the NEET 2021 counselling mop-up round is scheduled to end on March 31, 5 pm. The process had commenced on March 24 and was scheduled to end on March 29. The Medical Counselling Committee had extended the deadline for institute reporting owing to the Bank holidays on March 28 and March 29. Candidates who have been allotted seats in the NEET 2021 counselling Mop-up round must complete the process within the slated schedule. In case they do not report, the seat allotment will be cancelled and the vacant seats will be considered for preparing the result for the last and final round, which is the Stray Vacancy round.

How to Participate in Institute Reporting

Candidates need to follow the steps given below to participate in the online institute reporting process:

  • Visit the official NEET 2021 counselling website – mcc.nic.in

  • Click on the ‘Online Registration’ tab

  • Login with registration credentials

  • Click on the tab indicating online reporting

  • Upload the documents and follow other instructions

Documents Required for Institute Reporting Process

Candidates need to produce the following documents during the institute reporting process:

  • NEET admit card 2021

  • NEET result 2021 or rank letter

  • Class 10 mark sheet and certificate

  • Class 12 mark sheet and certificate

  • Valid, non-expired and government-issued photo ID proof

  • Six to eight passport-sized photographs (preferably the same as the one submitted with the NEET 2021 application form)

  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)

  • Disability Certificate (if applicable)

  • Provisional allotment letter

Documents Required for NRI/OCI/PIO/Foreign National Candidates

Following documents are required for the candidates belonging to NRI, OCI, PIO and foreign national candidates:

  • Passport copy of sponsorer, embassy certificate

  • Sponsorship affidavit (stating that the sponsorer is ready to bear the expenses for the whole duration of the study)

  • Relationship Affidavit (Relation of Candidate with the sponsorer

The result of the Mop-up round was released on March 23. As many as 4,880 candidates were selected in the second last round of NEET 2021 counselling. The seat allotment result for the Stray Vacancy round is expected to be released on April 2 and the institute reporting process will be conducted from April 3 onwards.
