NEET UG Counselling 2022: MCC to hold 2 more rounds for BDS, BSc nursing
The MCC also announced that the classes for MBBS, BDS, BSc nursing courses for this academic year 2022 will start on November 15, 2022.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will be holding two more rounds for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG 2022) counselling BDS and BSc nursing courses this year. The MCC has released the NEET UG 2022 counselling schedule. The NEET UG Counselling dates 2022 for 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats and 100 per cent Deemed/Central universities, ESIC, AFMS, AIIMS and JIPMER seats has now been released and are available on the official website; i.e. mcc.nic.in.
As per the schedule released, the NEET UG counselling round 1 registration and fee payment for the seats will begin on October 11 and will end on October 17, 2022. The MCC will hold the choice filling and locking process for 15 per cent AIQ seats from October 14 to October 18, 2022.
The MCC also announced that the classes for MBBS, BDS, BSc nursing courses for this academic year 2022 will start on November 15, 2022. “There will be two more rounds i.e 2nd Mop Up Round and Stray Vacancy Round for BDS, BSc Nursing courses. The schedule will be uploaded on the MCC website, mcc.nic.in,” the official notice read.
It has also directed all participating institutes and medical colleges to treat all Saturdays, Sundays and Gazetted Holidays as working days in view the limited time available for conducting NEET counselling 2022.
The NEET UG counselling round 1 verification of internal candidates by the respective universities/institutes will be conducted from October 17 to 18, 2022. The processing of NEET UG seat allotment will be held fromOctober 19 and 20. The NEET UG round 1 seat allotment result will be announced on October 21, 2022.
