Odisha NEET 2023 Counselling Round 1 Institute Reporting Schedule Released

Odisha NEET 2023 counselling Round 1 institute reporting process will be conducted from August 2 to August 8. Odisha Joint Entrance Exam (OJEE) committee, the counselling authority for the state has released a detailed schedule for the institute and course-wise reporting and document verification processes.

Odisha NEET 2023 counselling Round 1 institute reporting process for the candidates who have been provisionally allotted seats in the first round. According to the Odisha Joint Entrance Exam (OJEE) committee, the counselling authority for the state, the reporting and document verification process is scheduled from August 2 to August 8.

OJEE has stated, “All the candidates, who have got allotments in the 1st Round must personally report at the office of Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE), at Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on the notified date and time with all certificates, mark sheets, Bond and other required documents in original for provisional admission.”

Allotted candidates will have to exercise the option for Freeze or Float using login id. Candidates have to bring original as well as another set of photocopies of all the required documents during the institute reporting and document verification process.

On deposit of prescribed admission fees and submission of Nativity Certificate and CLC in original, the candidate will receive a provisional admission letter from OJEE Office along with acknowledgement of submitted documents.

Odisha NEET 2023 Counselling Admission Fees

OJEE has mentioned that candidates will have to deposit a fee amount of INR 37,950 for Government Medical and Dental colleges. The fees for private medical and dental colleges are given below.

Admission Fees will have to be paid either online (using respective login id) or by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “OJEE” drawn at any scheduled bank payable at Bhubaneswar. The Name and NEET Application number of the candidate are to be mentioned on back side of the draft and the draft is to be submitted at the OJEE office at the time of reporting.

After the payment of the admission fee, and submission of Nativity Certificate and CLC in original, candidates will receive a provisional admission letter from OJEE Office along with an acknowledgement of submitted documents.
