Odisha NEET 2023 counselling Round 2 institute reporting process will be conducted from September 2 to September 4. Odisha Joint Entrance Exam (OJEE) committee, the counselling authority for the state has released a detailed schedule for the institute and course-wise reporting and document verification processes.

Odisha NEET counselling 2023 Round 2 institute reporting process is scheduled to begin tomorrow, September 2. The last date of institute reporting or physical verification of original documents is September 4.

Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) declared the Round 2 seat allotment result of the Odisha NEET UG counselling 2023 on August 28.  As many as 1,756 candidates have been allotted MBBS and BDS seats in this round.

OJEE has stated, “All the candidates, who have got allotments in the 1st Round must personally report at the office of Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE), at Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on the notified date and time with all certificates, mark sheets, Bond and other required documents in original for provisional admission.”

Allotted candidates will have to exercise the option for Freeze or Float using login id. Candidates have to bring original as well as another set of photocopy of all the required documents during the institute reporting and document verification process.

On deposit of prescribed admission fees and submission of Nativity Certificate and CLC in original, the candidate will receive provisional admission letter from OJEE Office along with acknowledgement of submitted documents.

Odisha NEET 2023 Counselling Admission Fees

OJEE has mentioned that candidates will have to deposit a fee amount of INR 37,950 for Government Medical and Dental colleges. The fees for private medical and dental colleges are given below.

Admission Fees will have to be paid either online (using respective login id) or by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “OJEE” drawn at any scheduled bank payable at Bhubaneswar. The Name and NEET Application number of the candidate are to be mentioned on back side of the draft and the draft is to be submitted at OJEE office at the time of reporting.

After the payment of the admission fee, and submission of Nativity Certificate and CLC in original, candidates will receive provisional admission letter from OJEE Office along with acknowledgement of submitted documents.
