Punjab NEET PG Counselling 2024: BFUHS Announces Resignation Last Date; Link to Download Seat Allotment Letter
Candidates who have been allotted a seat under the Punjab NEET PG counselling 2024 seat allotment list have to complete the admission formalities and the remaining amount of fees before December 28, 2024.
Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has announced the notice regarding the resignation of round 1 and round 2 seats by interested NEET PG 2024 candidates. The authorities have notified that the candidates who have joined the round 1 and round 2 PG medical seats in the state of Punjab can resign/ surrender their seats. The students can surrender their seats on or before January 5, 2025, with forfeiture of the security deposit.
"The candidates who have joined the seat of Round-1/ Round 2 of Punjab State PG Medical counselling are allowed to resign/surrender the seat up to 05.01.2025 with forfeiture of security deposit/fee. The candidates will have to report physically at the allotted college to resign their seats." The official notification reads.
Meanwhile, the authorities have activated the link to download Punjab NEET PG 2024 seat allotment letter. Students who have been named in the round 2 counselling results for MD/ MS/ Diploma/ DNB/ PGDSM and Ultrasonography course in the round 2 online counselling can download their seat allotment letter online at bfuhs.ac.in. Students have to download their Punjab NEET PG seat allotment letter 2024 report to their respective allotted college/ hospital and deposit six-month fees on or before December 28, 2024, to ensure timely completion of admission formalities.

Q: How many rounds of counselling be held for seat allotment through Punjab NEET counselling?
A total of 3 rounds of Punjab NEET counselling including mop up round will be held for seat allotment in postgraduate medical courses. The counselling will be held for allotment of 50% state quoa seats. Candidates will have to qualify NEET PG with the minimum cut off to participate in Punjab NEET counselling. Based on registration a merit list will be released comprising shortlisted candidates for Punjab NEET counselling.
