Tamil Nadu NEET UG Provisional Seat Allotment result has been released today i.e. August 29, 2024 and the allotment letter will be available for download at tnmedicalselection.net.
Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) Chennai has released the Tamil Nadu NEET UG provisional seat allotment result 2024 today i.e. August 29, 2024. Students who have participated in round 1 choice filling and locking before the deadline can check the Tamil Nadu NEET UG seat allotment list 2024 at tnmedicalselection.net. Students must note that The TN NEET seat allotment 2024 is based on choices filled by the candidates subject to the fulfilment of admission criteria. Besides, students having discrepancies in TN NEET UG provisional allotment can raise their concerns by 10.00 AM on August 30, 2024.
Students will be able to download TN NEET UG 2024 seat allotment letter between August 30 to September 5, 2024. The seat allotment result for Tamil Nadu NEET UG counselling 2024 will be released for admission in 85% state quota MBBS and BDS seats across the state. However, the TN NEET UG final seat allotment result will be released tomorrow, i.e. August 30, 2024, in case of any changes in the provisional seat allotment result.

Students who have been allotted MBBS/BDS seat in TN NEET UG allotment list 2024 will have to pay the tuition fee to download Tamil Nadu NEET UG provisional allotment letter in online mode. The fee structure is provided on the official website tnmedicalselection.org.

Q: When did NEET 2024 counselling process begin?
NEET 2024 counselling dates were announced by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on July 29, 2024. NEET 2024 counselling Round 4 is being conducted from October 22 to November 5, 2024. The Round 3 was conducted from October 2 to October 19, 2024. The Round 2 registration process began on September 5, 2024 and reopened from September 13 to September 16, 2024. The Round 1 was conducted from August 14 to August 31, 2024. MCC revised the dates on September 13, 2024, with the reopening of the registration process of Round 2 due to the change in seat matrix. As per the revised dates, the last date of the counselling is November 5, 2024. The number of rounds may get extended depending on the number of vacant seats. The state medical authorities will conduct the counselling process for the 85 per cent state quota seats. The dates for counselling were different for the national level and state level admission processes. There will be four to six rounds of NEET counselling, which is the gateway for admission to medical and allied courses such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BSMS and BSc Nursing.
Q: What is the current scenario of NEET UG Counselling 2024?
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducted the NEET 2024 counselling Special Stray Vacancy Round 2 from December 9 to December 16, 2024. While the payment and choice filling could be done from December 9 to December 10, the seat allotment result was declared on December 12, 2024. The institute reporting process is being conducted from December 12 to December 16, 2024.
The NEET 2024 Special Stray Vacancy Round 1 counselling was conducted from November 20 to November 30, 2024. The payment process was conducted from November 20 to November 21, 2024. The choice filling and locking rounds were held from November 20 to November 22, 2024. The provisional seat allotment result was declared on November 22, 2024, and the final result was declared on November 23, 2024, followed by the institute reporting process from November 25 to November 30, 2024.
MCC conducted the NEET 2024 counselling Round 4 from October 22 to November 5, 2024. The registration and choice filling process started on October 22 and October 23 respectively. The last dates of registration and choice filling and locking were extended till October 27 from October 25 and October 26 respectively. The provisional and final result was released on October 29 and October 30, 2024, respectively.
The Round 3 was conducted from October 3 to October 19, 2024.
The NEET 2024 counselling Round 2 concluded on September 27, 2024. The round started on September 13, 2024.
The Round 1 of NEET 2024 counselling was conducted from August 14 to August 31, 2024.
