Uttarakhand NEET PG Counselling 2024 Seat Resignation Deadline Extended till Jan 23

Uttarakhand NEET PG 2024 round 1 and 2 candidates willing to vacate their seats can surrender their seats on or before January 23, 2025, up to 5 PM. Post that, no candidate will be allowed to vacate their round 1 and round 2 allotted seat. 

Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) has extended the Uttarakhand NEET PG 2024 seat resignation last date for all interested and eligible candidates. Students who are willing to surrender/resign/withdraw their allotted seat in round 1 or round 2 counselling process can vacate their seats on or before January 23, 2025 (up to 5 PM). Students have to leave their seats by visiting their respective institutes with a request for resignation.

The authorities have notified that students who have been allotted a seat in the round 1 or round 2 counselling process shall vacate their seats with forfeiture of the security deposit before the deadline. No student will be allowed to vacate their seats once the deadline is concluded. Hence, students are suggested to complete the seat resignation process at the earliest possible to avoid last-minute hustle.

As per the latest turn of events, the authorities have concluded the counselling registration following reduced qualifying cutoff. Students who have completed the counselling registration before the deadline will be provided with the dates for further events in UK NEET PG 2024 counselling process shortly on the official website. The counselling registration by HNBGU for admission to PG medical courses was started following the reduction in percentile by MCC for General/ EWS category to 15 percentile while 10 percentile for SC/ ST/ OBC and PwD category.
