The NEET 2025 exam date is yet to be announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA). With the launch of the NEET 2025 official website, students are expecting the exam date to be announced soon. Although based on previous years’ trends it is assumed that the NEET 2025 exam will be conducted on May 4, 2025, or the first Sunday of May 2025, unless there is an official confirmation, it cannot be considered as final.
Last year, NTA released the NEET exam date along with other top entrance exam dates in the form of a common exam calendar in the month of September of the previous year. This year, the exam dates are announced separately by NTA and no common exam calendar was released.
NTA is announcing the exam dates along with the release of the application form around two to three months before the exam date. Hence, it is likely that NEET 2025 exam date and application form will be out by the first week of March 2025.

Expected Changes in NEET 2025
Amid several recommendations made by the NTA expert panel headed by former ISRO Chairman K Radhakrishnan, the Centre has told the Supreme Court of India that it would implement the corrective measures suggested by the committee.
Hence, it is likely that the NEET 2025 exam will be conducted in computer-based mode, or a hybrid model, similar to the CUET UG exam.
On the other hand, the eligibility criteria may also be revised with the implementation of the upper age limit. The changes and other information such as eligibility criteria, application process, exam pattern, cities, etc. in the information bulletin, which will also be released along with the NEET 2025 application form tentatively in the first week of March 2025.
Over 20 lakh candidates will appear for the NEET 2025 exam conducted for admission to MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing and AYUSH courses.

Q: When will the NEET 2025 registration start?
NTA is expected to start the NEET 2025 registration in the first week of March 2025. The last date of application will be scheduled in the first week of April 2025. Based on student requests and other external factors, NTA may extend or reopen the NEET application window by mid-April. NEET 2025 is expected to be conducted in the first week of May 2025. NEET 2025 application process will be conducted online. Candidates have to fill and submit the application form in an online mode along with the payment of the application fee.

NEET 2025 application form is yet to be released and the last date will be announced along with the release of the form. In general, the NEET application form submission last date is scheduled within a month of the release of the form. Q: If my 50% criteria is not clear, can I fill NEET Application Form?
NEET eligibility criteria require candidates to meet certain educational qualifications, such as completing 10+2 or an equivalent examination with the required subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English) from a recognised board.
