MH CET 2022: The online entrance examination was conducted from August 2 to August 5 for the academic year 2022-23. Now the Government of Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has announced a re-examination for candidates who could not complete the exam due to technical issues like server failure.
The candidates seeking admission to LLB-5 yrs, BEd, MEd, BPEd, MEd, LLB-3 yrs, BA-BSc, BEd & B Planning, and MCA courses and faced technical glitches during the CET 2022 examination are requested to apply for re-examination between August 18 to August 20, 2022. The candidates can apply for re-examination free of cost.
Technical glitches faced by the CET 2022 candidates
CET CELL has reviewed the logs of all the candidates who appeared for the CET. The following four issues make the candidate eligible for the re-exam:
- There were server issues at some of the centres and candidates had multiple log-out issues during the examinations.
- Some of the candidates have got less time for their examinations due to interruptions, shutdowns and logouts.
- All those candidates who had three or more interruptions shutdowns and log out and who could not complete all the questions due to technical and server issues.
- Some of the candidates who had downloaded the admit card and had reported to the centre but could not give the examination due to server issues will be considered eligible for the retest.
The candidates who faced these issues during CET 2022 are eligible for the re-test and such candidates will be informed through mail and SMS.
The official notification reads, "It is the responsibility of the eligible candidates to print the admit card and appear for the last chance for the examination at the centre, venue as per time and schedule mentioned on admit card."
