The allotment of seats has been made as per the merit rank of the candidate in MH CET law 2021.
The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra has released the CAP Round II seat allotment results for the 3-year LLB program on January 31, 2022. The allotment of seats has been made: 1) institute-wise and 2) individual candidate allotment. Candidates who have been allotted seats need to report at the assigned college by February 7, 2022, and complete admission formalities. The allotment for Round I was announced on December 31, 2021.

The counseling process of MH CET law 2021 is being conducted in centralized, web-based mode and comprises two CAP rounds. The full form of CAP is the Centralized Admission Process.
In case there are vacant seats left after the two CAP rounds, then these seats will be filled through institute-level counseling.
The CAP round II seat allotment for the 5-year LLB program was announced on January 18, while allotments for Round I was declared on January 21 (note that the original allotment of January 20 was canceled).
MH CET law counseling 2021: Upcoming events
The college-wise list of vacant seats for the 3-year LLB will be released on February 8, 2022. This will be followed by filling of college options for institute-level counseling from February 9-11, 2022. The law colleges will release the merit lists on February 14.
For the 5-year program, institute-level counseling is currently ongoing. College-option filling is conducted from January 28-February 1, 2022. Merit list will be displayed on February 3.
Candidates who are included in the merit lists would be eligible to seek admission to the law college under institute-level round.
The cutoff admission dates for the two programs are:
- 3-year LLB - February 22, 2022
- 5-year LLB - February 11, 2022
