Candidates who have been allotted NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad by the Consortium of NLUs on the basis of CLAT-2022 merit are required to complete some formalities, read here to know in detail.
All the candidates finally allotted to NALSAR are required to download the ‘Admission Form’, ‘Hostel Application Form & Local Guardian Form’ and Additional Undertaking form (Form 2) for missing documents (if applicable) from www.nalsar.ac.in and submit the filled-in forms at the time of admission counselling and document verification scheduled on July 20, 2022, from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm at NALSAR.
The candidates are required to report at NALSAR University of Law, Justice City, Shameerpet Campus only on the scheduled date and time, i.e., on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, for admission counselling and document verification.
If any candidate does not report and complete the admission formalities on the appointed date and time, the provisional admission offered to the candidate shall automatically stand cancelled. In exceptional circumstances, a request may be made to the Vice-Chancellor for permission to report at a later date. If any candidate fails to produce the original Marks statements of the XII standard or equivalent examination on the day of admission, their candidature for admission shall automatically stand cancelled.
Admission formalities needed for 5-year BA LLB Hons
Candidates should log in to their CLAT account and choose the option of their choice, i.e., ‘Accept’ / ‘Revise’ / ‘Exit’.
Candidates who opt for ‘Accept’ / ‘Revise’ should fill out the online form and upload the documents through their login id in their CLAT account.
Candidates are also required to download the ‘Undertaking form (Form 1)’ from www.nalsar.ac.in and submit the duly filled and signed form by email to admissions2022@nalsar.ac.in on or before the deadline for payment of fee after allotment.
Candidates should remit the fee as given below to NALSAR University of Law through online transfer:
The total amount fee to be paid for confirmation of admission is INR 2,92,000 for the General category and INR 2,86,000 for SC / ST categories. Counselling Fee paid to CLAT INR 30,000/- for General candidates / INR 30,000/- to block the seat for General candidates INR 20,000/- for ST/ SC/ OBC (NCL) / BC (NCL) / EWS/ PWD (Based on All India Category) and other reservation candidates.
Amount to be paid to NALSAR for confirmation of admission is INR 2,62,000 for General category candidates, INR 2,66,000 for SC/ST category candidates, INR 2,72,000 for OBC (NCL) / BC (NCL) category candidates.
Documents required for verification
The following original documents are needed for verification and submission:
- SSC or 10th Class Marks Statement /Pass Certificate (as applicable)
- 12th Class Marks Statement/Pass Certificate (as applicable)
- 12th Std. study certificate from the educational institution in Telangana as proof of passing the qualifying examination in the State of Telangana and also four years Residence Certificate (in the previous seven years) in Telangana State issued by the Tahsildar/ MRO, Government of Telangana (Candidates allotted under Resident Student of Telangana Category).

- Migration Certificate
- SC / ST / OBC (NCL) / BC (NCL) / EWS / Disability Certificate, wherever applicable
- CLAT 2022 Admit Card
- Proof of counseling fee paid to CLAT Consortium

- Four Passport Size Photographs
- Medical Report on Blood Group / allergies
