How to Download NEET Official Answer Key and OMR Sheet 2022

Candidates will have to follow the steps given below to download the NEET provisional answer key 2022 along with the NEET 2022 OMR sheet:

• Visit the official website of NTA NEET 2022 or neet.nta.nic.in

• Click on the tab indicating ‘Answer Keys’

• Login using the application ID and password

• View the answer key, download and save it

What After Downloading NEET 2022 Provisional Answer Key

Candidates need to compare their NEET 2022 response with the NEET official answer key and calculate their estimated scores. Based on their responses, they need to decide whether to file objections/challenges against the answer keys or not. The detailed procedure for challenge submission against the NEET 2022 answer keys and OMR sheets will be announced by NTA tomorrow. The fee to submit objections against the NEET answer keys and OMR sheets is INR 200.

How to Calculate NEET 2022 Scores Based on Answer Keys

The NEET 2022 score can be calculated based on the marking scheme of the exam given below:

• Compare each candidate's response to the subsequent answer key

• For each correct answer, add four marks

• For each incorrect answer, deduct one mark

• Candidates can also calculate the mark using the formula

NEET Score= (Total number of correct answers x 4) – (Total number of incorrect)

NEET 2022 was conducted on July 17 in 3,575 centres across India and abroad. Over 18 lakh candidates had appeared for the exam. The NEET 2022 question paper sets were Q, R, S and T. Candidates will receive the NEET 2022 answer key of their specific question paper set and code. NTA will release the final answer keys and NEET result 2022 on September 7.
