NEET 2021 Counselling Stray Vacancy Round Institute Reporting Process Ends on April 11

NEET 2021 counselling Stray Vacancy Round institute reporting process is ending today, April 11, at 5 pm. The process had started on April 6, the day of the declaration of the final seat allotment result of this round. Only those candidates who were allotted seats in the last and final round of NEET 2021 counselling will have to report to the allotted institutes within the stipulated deadline. In case they do not report to the institutes by today, their admission offer will be forfeited.

Documents Required for Institute Reporting Process

Candidates need to produce the following documents during the institute reporting process:

  • NEET 2021 admit card 2021

  • NEET 2021 result or scorecard

  • Class 10 mark sheet and certificate

  • Class 12 mark sheet and certificate

  • Valid, non-expired and government-issued photo ID proof

  • Six to eight passport-sized photographs (preferably the same as the one submitted with the NEET 2021 application form)

  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)

  • Disability Certificate (if applicable)

  • Provisional allotment letter

Documents Required for NRI/OCI/PIO/Foreign National Candidates

Following documents are required for the candidates belonging to NRI, OCI, PIO and foreign national candidates:

  • Passport copy of sponsorer, embassy certificate

  • Sponsorship affidavit (stating that sponsorer is ready to bear the expenses for the whole duration of the study)

  • Relationship Affidavit (Relation of Candidate with the sponsorer

How to Participate in Institute Reporting

Candidates need to follow the steps given below to participate in the online institute reporting process:

  • Visit the official NEET 2021 counselling website – mcc.nic.in

  • Click on the ‘Online Registration’ tab

  • Login with registration credentials

  • Click on the tab indicating online reporting

  • Upload the documents and follow other instructions

Candidates will also have to visit the institutes for physical verification of documents and payment of the admission fee. With this, the NEET 2021 counselling for the 15 per cent All India Quota seats. A total of 923 candidates were allotted seats out of 979 vacant seats across MBBS, BDS and BSc Nursing.
