NIMHANS invites applications for 26th Convocation

The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) has invited applications from postgraduate students who have passed the examinations of November 2020, June 2021, November 2021, June 2022, and July 2022 (Pdf & fellowship courses) & PhD scholars for 26th convocation.
The official notification reads, "The Convocation Fee is required to be remitted only through 'SB Collect'- Link for which has been made available in NIMHANS website under academic Remittance Category. An email containing a duly filled and signed Application Form, and a copy of the confirmation of successful payment remitted towards the convocation fee should reach the evaluation@nimhans.ac.in on or before 31.07.2022 without fail. Late, incomplete and incorrect application forms will be rejected without any correspondence."
NIMHANS instructions for applicants
All the eligible applicants are requested to download the application form from the NIMHANS website as instructed in the notification. Applicants should ensure that the particulars - name, degree eligible to be awarded, postal address and communication details (contact number and email lD etc., entered in the application form must be the same as the details in the marks card/ provisional degree certificate.
The prescribed fee for the convocation as mentioned below should be remitted through 'SB Collect' available on the NIMHANS website under 'Payment' head on or before the dates provided below:
- ln person: INR 1,850 (including waistcoats)
- ln absentia: INR 1,500 (including postal charges)
The last date for payment is July 31, 2022.
The prescribed fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted for future convocation. The degree certificates of those candidates admitted to the 26th Convocation as absentia will be sent by registered post to the address provided by the applicant in the application form. An email with respect to the application for the 26th convocation should be sent to evaluation@nimhans,ac.in.
A scanned copy of the application along with enclosures as mentioned below is only considered & a hard copy of the same need not be sent, said the notification:
a) Duly filled in application form;
b) Copy of confirmation of successful Payment remitted towards convocation fee;
c) Copy of PhD. Notification, duly self-attested by the applicant if applicable).
The subject of the email should be 'submission of the application form for 26th convocation of NIMHANS'
