NIT Warangal BTech Placements 2022: Highest salary stood at INR 62.5 LPA

NIT-W placements 2022 witnessed over 650 students being placed in different companies. The highest package during NIT Warangal BTech Placements 2022 stood at INR 62.5 lakh per annum for the BTech CSE Branch.

NIT Warangal B Tech Placement 2022: National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal released the final placement report for the B Tech batch 2022. According to the official data released by the institute, the average salary offered for the BTech CSE IS INR 25.5 Lakh per annum and the average salary for the BTech ECE stood at INR 18.9 LPA.

Over 650 placed; the highest salary stood at 62.5 LPA

NIT-W placements 2022 witnessed over 650 students being placed in different companies. The highest package during NIT Warangal BTech Placements 2022 stood at INR 62.5 lakh per annum for the BTech CSE Branch.

NIT Warangal director NV Ramana Rao said that 130 students got a package of more than INR 20 lakh per annum. In total, more than 600 BTech and more than 200 PG students got placed.

Nearly 250 companies participated

Amid the ongoing pandemic situation, the institute conducted the placement drive through the virtual mode this year.

Nearly 250 companies participated in NIT Warangal Placement 2022 to hire talented students. The Director said that another 50 students got the jobs through off-campus drives.

Established in 1959, formerly known as Regional Engineering College, NIT Warangal offers 8 undergraduate programmes (BTech) in engineering, 29 post graduate programmes (M Tech, MSc, MCA and MBA) in engineering, sciences and management and research programmes in engineering, sciences, humanities, physical education and management. The institute is well-known for its Research and Development, Industrial consultancy, Continuing education and Training programmes for teachers and industrial personnel.
