The National Law University (NLU) Delhi is offering a certificate course on the law and practice of insolvency and bankruptcy on July 23 and July 24, 2022.
The National Law University (NLU) Delhi has notified the interested candidates that it is all set to offer a certificate course on law and practice of insolvency and bankruptcy on July 23 and July 24, 2022.
The session will be organized by the Centre For Transnational Commercial Law, NLUD in association with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).
The course fee is INR 3000 and the course will be offered in offline mode at Moot Court Hall, National Law University Delhi, Sector 14 Dwarka. New Delhi. The last date to apply is July 21, 2022.
The certificate course is designed for students, working executives, and academics and the topics include an introduction to insolvency and bankruptcy, Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, Corporate Liquidation Process, filing of Insolvency applications, Adjudicatory and Appellate Authorities, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, Cross-Border Insolvency, as stated by the notification.
About the certificate course
It is a two-day certificate course on insolvency and bankruptcy code, 2016 which informs the participants on the basics and fundamentals of India's Insolvency and Bankruptcy processes, introduces participants to aspects of Insolvency law, prepares participants for further advanced studies and research in Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws and enable greater attention to emerging issues of Insolvency and Bankruptcy law and broaden participants' horizons.
The law university is also offering a one-year flagship Diploma in Insolvency and Bankruptcy: Law, Practice, Regulations to start from August this year, and the application submission's last date is August 1, 2022.
