Pariksha Pe Charcha 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has sent a notification to all its affiliated schools to participate in an online creative writing competition at innovateindia.mygov.in.

The competition will conclude on December 30, 2022 in order to select participants that will be featured in the Pariksha pe Charcha (PPC) 2023 programme. The contest is open to students of classes 9 to 12 along with parents and teachers. The participants will have an opportunity to be invited to frame questions to be addressed to prime minister, Narendra Modi. National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) will shortlist questions that may feature in the programme.

The participants that have asked questions in the previous edition of the PPC programme will be invited by media channels to appear in their programmes. Similarly, this year's chosen participants also have an opportunity to interact with media. In addition to this, about 2,050 winners will also receive a certificate signed by the director of NCERT and a copy of the ‘Exam Warrior’ book written by PM Modi.

Therefore, CBSE has requested schools to do the following:

  • Schools are to adopt various innovative methods to promote this programme that aims to reduce exam stress among students, teachers and parents
  • Use #PPC2023 on their social media handles to disseminate the information about the event. Schools can also make posters, creatives and videos among other activities
  • The selected creatives ideas and videos will be exhibited on the MyGov platform
  • The schools are instructed to display such creatives in their premises
