Candidates aspiring for Odisha Plus 3 admissions in Degree Colleges including Sanskrit (Shastri) Colleges under the Higher Education Department must note that online application/ registration is mandatory.

Department of Higher Education, DHE Odisha all set to begin the admission process for Plus 3 – Degree Colleges from August 20, 2021. Students who cleared CHSE Odisha Plus Two Exams 2021 are eligible to apply for the Plus 3 Admissions 2021. Online Common Application Form or CAF would be available at samsodisha.gov.in. Candidates aspiring for Plus 3 admissions in Degree Colleges including Sanskrit (Shastri) Colleges under the Higher Education Department must note that online application/ registration is mandatory. The admission process includes 3 rounds of selections – Round 1, Round 2 and Spot Admissions. Before applying, it is advisable that candidates must go through the Common Prospectus carefully.

How to apply for Odisha Plus 3 Admissions 2021 at samsodisha.gov.in and dhse.odisha.gov.in?

Candidates can apply for Plus 3 admissions following the steps given below:

  • Go to the official websites, samsodisha.gov.in or dhe.odisha.gov.in
  • Click on Degree College Plus 3 Admissions
  • Register and create own username and password
  • In the input fields, enter the details as required
  • Upload scanned copies of necessary documents
  • Make online payment and complete application
  • Take a printout for future reference

Odisha Plus 3 Admissions 2021: Important Instructions

  1. Mobile Number and Email Id must be valid and unique
  2. Candidates who have qualified from CHSE Odisha between 2013 and 2021 need not provide information regarding their grade/ etc. this would be automatically pulled by the CAF – CBSE/ ICSE and other board qualified students, however, need to enter their examination details including exam name, year of passing, roll number, etc.
  3. A maximum of 20 options in CAP with a minimum of 5 choices can opt. Candidates can change their choices before payment of final fees.
  4. While filling up the CAF, students must enter bank account numbers twice for double verification.
  5. The applications will be auto-validated in case exam marks are verified along with online payment or with reservation & online payment. In case auto-validation does not take place, no student is required to visit any SRC or college. The validation would be done at the time of admission at destination college.
