The duration of the CBSE CTET 2022 exam for both papers will be 2.30 hours each.

Candidates after qualifying the CTET exam 2022 will be employed as teachers in Elementary, Secondary and Senior Secondary Schools. But the CTET 2022 exam passed by the candidates does not provide a job guarantee. It is recommended that before appearing for the CTET exam, start preparation with the CTET syllabus 2022 and CTET previous year paper.

CTET exam 2022 will be conducted by the CBSE in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The questions are Objective-Type questions that carry one mark. Candidates have to select the correct answer from the four alternative choices. 

All questions in CTET 2022 exam will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), with four alternatives out of which one answer will be most appropriate. Each carrying one mark and there will be no negative marking.

• After the exam, candidates must keep the CTET admit card 2022 printout till the CTET selection process is not completed.

• Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases, candidates must wear a face mask from the entry to the completion of the CTET 2022 exam during the exam day.

• Candidates are guided to carry their own hand sanitizer and drinking water in transparent bottles to the CTET examination hall.

• Candidates need to follow all the corona SOPs set by the National Testing Agency, Union Health Ministry and CBSE.

• The CTET question paper 2022 booklet must be opened 5 minutes before the commencement of the exam.

• The CTET 2022 admit card and an original valid photo identity proof should be present with the candidates on exam day.

CTET 2022 Paper 2 entry has started, and candidates are entering the exam centre with essential documents. CTET 2022 Paper 2 will start at 2:30 p.m. and conclude at 5:00 p.m. 

Candidates should follow the following tips on the day of the CTET exam:

• If you find a question difficult, do not spend over 1 minute on it. Rather, skip it and move to the next question.
• If you find a particular subject challenging, solve it at the end.
• Answer the maximum number of questions as there is no negative marking.
• Read the questions carefully before marking your answer.
• Keep track of time while solving the paper.

The CTET 2022 Paper 2 reporting time is 1:00 p.m. The CTET 2022 exam will begin at 2:30 p.m. and entry will start from 1:00 p.m. to 2:25 p.m. at the exam centre’s entry gate. Candidates who will be late will not be allowed to give paper after the scheduled CTET exam timing 2022.

According to the students' feedback, questions asked were a bit lengthy, Reading comprehension was there, some questions were based on methods of teaching, etc. Overall CTET 2022 Paper 1 was moderate.
