IBPS PO 2024 Application Last Date Extended; Register Till August 28 at ibps.in

IBPS PO application form 2024 will be released in August 2024. Candidates need to pay the application fees online which are INR 850 for General and OBC categories and INR 175 for SC/ST/PWBD candidates. IBPS PO application process comprises steps such as registration, uploading of scanned photograph and signature, filling the detailed application form, previewing the application form and payment of application fees. The tips to fill IBPS PO application form are given below:

• Visit the official website of IBPS
• Go to the 'IBPS PO 2023 Advertisement' 
• Register for the exam first by clicking 'New Registration' tab
• Fill in the required details to register
• Registration ID and password are generated
• Upload scanned photograph and signature
• Fill the basic details, personal details, and educational qualifications, enter details of computer certification courses, select the languages known, enter preferences of banks, etc.
• Preview the application form
• Upload left thumb impression and handwritten declaration
• Pay the application fees 
• Submit IBPS PO application form

Applicants can choose their preferred banks in IBPS PO exam based on headquarters of the banks. The headquarters is one of the best criteria for choosing banks because whichever bank candidates they will find more number of branches in the state where the headquarter is located. IBPS PO application form needs to be filled online only. While filling the application form, candidates need to upload the scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration. The specifications for uploading these documents are given below.

Signature

• The applicant has to sign on white paper with a black ink pen
• Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels
• The size of the file should be between 10 kb to 20 kb 

Left thumb impression

• The file should be in jpg/jpeg
• The dimension should be 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI
• The applicant has to put his left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink.
• The file size should be 20 kb to 50 kb

Handwritten declaration

• The handwritten declaration should be written on white paper with black ink.
• The file should be in jpg/jpeg
• The dimension should be in 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI 
• The file size should be 50 kb to 100 kb

Photograph

• Photograph must be a recent passport-style colour picture
• The preferred dimension should be 200 x 230 pixels
• Size of file should be between 20 kb to 50 kb
