IBPS PO Application Form: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection will be closing the IBPS PO application window today: August 21, 2024. Candidates who wish to appear for the entrance exam can fill up the IBPS PO 2024 application form online at the official website: ibps.in. They must note that the last date to print the IBPS PO application is September 5, 2024.

While filling up the IBPS PO 2024 application form, they also need to pay the registration fees. Those belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories have to pay INR 850. Whereas those from SC, ST, and PWD categories are required to pay INR 175.

Signature

  • The applicant has to sign on white paper with a black ink pen
  • Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels
  • The size of the file should be between 10 kb to 20 kb 

Left thumb impression

  • The file should be in jpg/jpeg
  • The dimension should be 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI
  • The applicant has to put his left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink.
  • The file size should be 20 kb to 50 kb

Handwritten declaration

  • The handwritten declaration should be written on white paper with black ink.
  • The file should be in jpg/jpeg
  • The dimension should be in 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI 
  • The file size should be 50 kb to 100 kb

Photograph

  • Photograph must be a recent passport-style colour picture
  • The preferred dimension should be 200 x 230 pixels
  • Size of file should be between 20 kb to 50 kb 

Q:   Is it a problem if the date of passing entered on the IBPS PO application form is slightly different from the real one?

A:

It is generally not advisable to provide false or misleading information on any official application form, including the IBPS PO application form. If the date of passing entered on the form is different from the real one, it could potentially be considered as providing false information and could lead to disqualification from the application process. Applicants must cross check the information before submitting their application forms. Candidates who are in their final year of graduation are not eligible to appear for the exam.
