IBPS PO & SO 2023 Short Notifications Released

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) released IBPS PO and SO short notifications 2023 on July 31. The detailed notifications for these posts will be released on August 1, 2023. The application forms for these posts will be made available from August 1 to 21, 2023. The prelims exam of IBPS PO 2023 will be conducted on September 23, 30, and October 1, 2023. IBPS PO mains exam will be conducted on November 5, 2023. The prelims exam of IBPS SO will be conducted on December 30 and 31, 2023. The mains exam will be conducted on January 28, 2024.

IBPS PO exam is conducted to select eligible candidates for the post of Probationary Officers/Management Trainees in the public sector banks. IBPS SO exam is conducted for the post of Specialist Officers in the public sector banks. The selection process of IBPS PO and SO comprises prelims exam, mains exam and interview.

The steps to fill IBPS PO and SO application forms are given below:

  • Visit the official website of IBPS
  • Click 'IBPS PO & SO 2023 Apply Online’ links
  • Register for the exam first by clicking 'New Registration' tab
  • Fill in the required details to register
  • Registration ID and password are generated
  • Upload scanned photograph and signature
  • Fill the basic details, personal details, and educational qualifications, enter details of computer certification courses, select the languages known, enter preferences of banks, etc
  • Preview the application form
  • Upload left thumb impression and handwritten declaration
  • Pay the application fees
  • Submit the application forms
