ICG notification 2023 has been released for Navik and Yantrik. The application process will begin on Sep 8. The last date to apply online is Sep 22.

ICG Notification 2023 Released for Navik & Yantrik; Apply Online From Sept 8

ICG Notification 2023 has been released for Navik and Yantrik 01/2023 batch. Online application form can be submitted by eligible candidates from September 8 to 22. A total of 300 vacancies have been announced for Navik and Yantrik posts. The Stage 1 exam will be conducted in the Mid/End Nov 2022 while Stage II will be held in Mid/ End Jan 2023. Stage III will be held in End Apr/Early May 2023.

The application fee of Indian Coast Guard Navik recruitment, which is INR 250, can be paid online. SC/ST candidates are exempted from fee payment. Candidates can apply for one post such as either Navik (DB) or Navik (GD) in one cycle.

ICG Eligibility 2023

Only indian male citizens are eligible to apply for the exam. Candidates must also fulfil the required physical standards prescribed for the exam. The eligibility criteria is given below:

Educational Qualification

Navik (General Duty): Class 12 passed with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).

Navik (Domestic Branch): Class 10 passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).

Yantrik: Class 10 passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE) and Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Electronics/ Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering of duration 03 or 04 years approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).

Or

Class 10 & Class 12 passed from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE) and Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Electronics/ Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering of duration 02 or 03 years approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).

Age Limit

The age limit for the posts is between 18 and 22 years. Candidates must have born between May 1, 2001 to April 30, 2005 (both dates inclusive).
