India Post Recruitment 2024: The India Post has released the merit list for the GDS recruitment 2024 for different circles. Registered candidates must note that the India Post GDS merit list has not been released for Haryana and J&K circles as of now. Once released, they can check the India Post GDS merit list 2024 by visiting the official website: indiapostgdsonline.gov.in.

As per the notification released it has been stated that India Post results of Haryana and J&K have not been released as the model code of conduct is underway in these states. "DS Online Engagement Schedule, July-2024 : List-I of Shortlisted Candidates Published for all Circles (Except Haryana & Jammu Kashmir as Model Code of Conduct is in Force at these states)," the notification states.

India Post Office recruitment is being done to fill 44,228 Gram Dak Sevak (GDS) vacancies in 23 circles across the country. Shortlisted candidates will be posted as Gramin Dak Sevaks (Branch Postmaster (BPM)/Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM)/Dak Sevaks).

How to check India Post GDS Merit List 2024?

Candidates have to visit the official website to check the India Post GDS merit list. They can go through the steps to know how to check India Post merit list:

Step 1: Visir the official website: indiapostgdsonline.gov.in

Step 2: Click on the link for the “GDS Online Engagement Schedule, July-2024: List-I of Shortlisted Candidates.”

Step 3: Now, click on the respective state circle

Step 4: Select the district and India GDS list will appear on the screen

Step 5: Download and take a printout of it for future references'

Earlier, the India Post Office released the 1st merit list. All the selected candidates had to get the required documents by September 3 and for those shortlisted in the India Post Office merit list, last date for document verification is September 6, 2024.
